Hi my name is Hannah I am a photographer based in Vancouver/unceded territories of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations.
I started photographing when I was thirteen, learning how to use a dark room and shoot with both film and digital (35 mm and 120 mm).
In 2012 I graduated from Emily Carr University of Art and Design with a degree in photography. After that I traveled locally and internationally telling stories with my photography and participating in international artist residencies and exhibitions. In December 2020 I completed a Masters of Fine Arts at Simon Fraser University where I was able to continue to focus on photography and research. Photography has always been a big part of my life and I am so excited to share it with you!
